COMMUNITY INSPECTION SEPTEMBER 2, 2026 | 8 AM
There will be an inspection of all riser rooms and the battery life of all alarm panels. The inspection should last 4-5 hours. No units will be entered and no alarms will sound.
X-IT BOD MEETING
August 24, 2026 | 5 PM
The previous Board of Directors meeting for X-IT took place at 5 PM on 8/24 at the HOA’s on-site clubhouse.
SUMMER POOL PARTY
We are planning new community gatherings for Summer 2026 so keep an eye out! 🙂
