Q. What are the pool and fitness center hours?
A. Both are open 24/7 for your convenience.
Q. Where can I purchase community items?
A. You can purchase gate stickers, parking tags, and keys by clicking here.
Q. Who runs the association?
A. The association is run by the elected Board of Directors, which is comprised of unpaid volunteer officials (homeowners).
The management company works under the direction of the board. The Board of Directors are not congressmen or congresswomen and cannot be contacted directly.
The management company is the homeowner’s conduit between themselves and the association’s Board of Directors. All homeowners are highly encouraged to attend Board meetings or get involved in the associations political process (elections).

Q. Who can I talk to about a problem I am having with a neighbor?
A. All questions and complaints are processed quickly through our contact form which you can find by clicking here.
Q. Where can I find the association’s governing documents?
A. Governing documents—including CC&Rs, Bylaws, Articles, and Rules & Regulations—are usually available through the homeowner portal or upon request from the management company. They can also be found in he section located directly below.
Q. What does the association management firm do?
A. The management company handles day-to-day operations such as collecting assessments, coordinating daily maintenance, managing vendor contracts, and assisting with communications—but it does not make community rulings or decisions.
Decisions are made solely by the elected Board of Directors of the association.
Q. How do I know when work will be happening within the community?
A. The most immenent updates will be posted at the very top of the website homepage as well as the community bulletin page which you can find here.
Q. How are monthly assessments determined?
A. The Board of Directors sets assessments each year based on the association’s annual budget and projected maintenance needs, in compliance with Nevada law.
