Ideally Located & Exquisitely Planned
Ideally located in the Summerlin area, TRAV homes offer immediate access to major freeways, making commuting across Las Vegas simple and efficient. Upscale shopping, dining, grocery stores, and essential services are all just minutes away, placing everything within easy reach.
Landscaped common areas and shared facilities are maintained with care, reflecting a collective investment in the appearance and function of the neighborhood. These spaces are intended to be used, respected, and enjoyed—contributing to a sense of pride and accountability throughout the community.
The community also benefits from its proximity to Red Rock Canyon and the surrounding desert landscape, offering quick access to outdoor recreation, scenic views, and the natural beauty that defines the west side of the valley. It’s a location that blends urban convenience with a distinctly Nevada backdrop.
At X-IT / TRAV, the focus is on creating a safe, well-managed, and welcoming environment where homeowners can enjoy their homes and shared spaces with confidence. Through attentive management and a commitment to community standards, TRAV continues to be a place homeowners are proud to call home.
Top-Tier Community Standards
Above all, TRAV A CICC values a respectful, neighbor-focused environment, where homeowners can feel secure, informed, and confident in their community. Through cooperation, communication, and shared responsibility, the neighborhood is thriving as a desirable place to live on the west side of Las Vegas.
What’s the Difference Between X-IT HOA & TRAV, A CICC?
Each association is governed by its own independent Board of Directors and engages its own, unrelated vendors. The two associations are distinguishable by several physical and structural characteristics.
X-IT HOA, which consists of Buildings 15 through 30, includes patios, does not have rooftop decks, and was constructed in 2008. It has a unique building shell color that is visually different from that of TRAV, A CICC.
TRAV, A CICC, which consists of Buildings 1 through 14, does not have patios, includes rooftop decks, and has a building shell color that is distinct from that of X-IT HOA. TRAV, A CICC was constructed after X-IT in 2015.
It is important to note that TRAV, A CICC and X-IT HOA are entirely separate and unrelated homeowners associations and distinct legal entities organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada.
Any implication or assumption that the associations are affiliated or operate jointly is incorrect. The fact that they share the same address does not create any legal, operational, or financial relationship between them.
Furthermore, TRAV, A CICC and X-IT HOA levy different monthly assessment amounts upon their respective members, reflecting their separate governance, budgets, and obligations.
